Orders
Simply browse our collection, add items to your bag, and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account for faster future checkouts.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter our fulfillment process. Contact us at hello@westorex.com as soon as possible.
Yes! Complimentary premium gift wrapping is available at checkout. Just select the option and add a personal message.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over €100. Below that, standard shipping is €5.99. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is €9.99.
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within EU. Express delivery arrives in 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2PM CET ship same day.
We currently ship to all EU countries. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us for a personalized quote.
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day free returns on all items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. Simply request a return from your account.
Log into your account, go to Orders, and select "Return items". Print the pre-paid label and drop the package at any courier point. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Yes, for orders above €150 you can pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments through Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4.
