14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item in its original condition. This is in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Conditions for Return
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
How to Return
- Email returns@westorx.com with your order number
- You will receive a return authorization and shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and ship using the provided label
- Refund issued within 14 days of receiving the return
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3-10 business days).
Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, request a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact support@westorx.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Underwear, socks (unsealed), and items marked as final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
