This website, westorex.com (“WESTOREX”), is operated by MAYCO 22 S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Products & Availability
All products listed on WESTOREX are 100% original branded items. Product availability is updated regularly; however, in rare cases an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases we will contact you immediately and offer a replacement or a full refund.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped directly from our logistics partners in the European Union. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Returns)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
6. Warranty & Conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided under EU consumer law (minimum 2 years). If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Alternative Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve directly, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Romanian consumers may also contact ANPC: anpc.ro.
8. Limitation of Liability
WESTOREX is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
